I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels due to the nature of my job and after hours of working all day/night, I’ve never been so disappointed in the poor service I’ve received tonight.
Staying here for business (got in at midnight) and upon looking at the bed, found makeup on the comforter. I called guest services and the gentleman who answered the phone seemed puzzled as to why I would only like the comforter replaced. I explained to him that if the comforter wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest, how should I believe these sheets and pillows are fresh? He said someone would be up shortly to “give me new linens”. I suppose I’m expected to put them on myself.
I didn’t catch either employee’s names but I will say the gentleman was really apologetic and tried to accommodate me the best way he could with helping me move to a new room.
Suites here feel like home and gave everything you need. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful and will always go above and beyond. Their breakfast is TRULY a continental buffet with everything from bagels, cereals, sweets, made-to-order eggs, pancakes, french toast, fruits, coffee, tea, hot potatoes and more! The kids love the swimming pool and jacuzzi.
The workers in front desk were great. The place was amazing. High food prices on site but good restaurants in the area to deliver. Evening social was nice left you feeling fantastic. My cousin got married in the morning so it was peaceful rest in great beds! She enjoyed it. Just an amazing experience.
I called down 45 minutes later as no one arrived. Another person answered the phone, a woman, and informed me that there’s no one here to change the sheets and when they tried to access the linen room, it was locked. No one communicated to me that this was the issue nor did she offer to move me.
I was told to wait and someone would be up shortly (I’ve heard that one before). It was another half hour before someone came up as I did call back to tell them not to come because I’m exhausted and just wanted to sleep. She said she’d send someone up with a key and hung up the phone.
Nice hotel for its price range. Heated indoor pool/hot tub. Complimentary breakfast including an omelet/pancake/French toast station. Also complmenary happy hour at the bar is a nice surprise. Convenient and close to the airport with friendly staff and comfortable accommodations.
Room was dirty especially the bathroom. The room was very old and in desperate need of repair or renovation. The shower curtain wouldn't close and kept sliding toward the middle which caused the bathroom to get wet when we tried to shower. The bathroom door frame was rusting and rotted out at the bottom. The tile grout was super dirty. The shower area had hair and stuff stuck to the wall. The carpeting looked like the original and was disgusting. I stay in Hilton's all over the country and this was one of the worst I've seen in awhile. I apologize for giving such a bad review but it's obvious someone has stopped caring about this property. On a good note everyone I dealt with was very nice..
Moved to a new room, where there were pieces of that straight hair all over the comforter. There was a second bed, and again I’m exhausted, so I gave up.
