Love this hotel. Best spot in the city. Close to all the septa lines, and museums. Excellent views + great suites. Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful as well. Prices are also reasonable most of the time as long as nothing major is happening in the area.
Great location! The room was extremely clean and recently renovated, not to mention it was huge. The view of the city was wonderful and we were close to so many things. Customer service was awesome and valet did a knockout job. Would absolutely stay here again!
While in town for a wedding I was highly disappointed in Embassy Suites. While the location is nice, that is about where the pros stop. There are three elevators but one was broken. The call system was a mess as we waited over 35 minutes in the lobby. I ended up standing with the hair and makeup artists for the bridal party I was in and we all ended up starting late for the day. When I asked the front desk if there was a service elevator we could use I was informed that the service elevator was also broken. I have no idea how it is remotely acceptable for there two be two elevators for a 28 floor hotel on a holiday weekend, but there you have it. We requested an extra chair for the mother of the bride and it arrived over an hour later. If you're going to spend the money on a hotel to be close to the landmarks, I suggest finding someplace else.
This is a neat old round hotel close to everything. There are only 12 rooms on each floor. They are quite large, have a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, and a small kitchen. The rooms were recently remodeled and are very clean. The free breakfast and the manager's reception are always welcome. I am here on business, but plan to come back with my wife and check out some of the area's history.
A great location for working at Comcast Center. Only a 1 block walk away! Rooms are very spacious and the view (in some rooms) are amazing! Also, the breakfast buffet was delicious. My only complaint is that the elevators are so busy in the peak traffic morning hours that lower floors could take a VERY long time to get to the lobby.
