This hospital save my Mom and my Sister! I appreciate you Hahnemann. I appreciate you!
The experience I've gotten from the cafe here is very discriminating. I approached the counter and waited for the barista while she looked up at me and continue pretending to do other things. I came off by said "Hi how are you," which is expected to be a proper greeting is it not? She came off very rude and mean. I proceed to order and asked her if I can substitute regular for coconut milk and add white mocha to my coffee. She then questioned me "but it doesn't come with coconut milk or white mocha,". I'm sorry, I'm lactose intolerance and I can't substitute my milk of choice because she doesn't think so? She asked "you gonna tell me what size? ... I'm charging extra for the addition and substitution." (which I honestly don't mind since I asked). Before she proceed to make it I told her that I wanted it iced. "Then tell me ice" she replied. Isn't it a part of her job to ask the customer all of the details before she make it? Should I tell her how to do her job too? I don't think she understand the fact that people are here because their family members are sick, they may be waiting for a surgery to be over. The fact that I'm getting a coffee doesn't mean in here to hang around. I have a normal experience here every time I come, this is my first complain. I hope this hospital would take the time to read and improve this. It's not just a cup of coffee for me, it's how disrespectful and rude she was.
The doctors were very nice and helpful to my situation they made me feel very welcome I was satisfied with my service here .
Work net at Hahneman Hospital is Pitiful. The Doctors screwed up ordering my MRI twice, put in the wrong codes both times. This caused me to not get diagnosed for a spinal injury for months, and postponed me getting surgery that i badly needed to receive. The pain I endured was intensified by the physical therapy I was prescribed. Then, on my latest visit, the doctor was beyond rude and unprofessional, basically slandered me privately and sent me back to work, advised me to seek help for my issues aty family doctor. I felt humiliated. I do not feel safe or taken care of by these "professionals".
The surgeons at Hahnemann were supposed to repair my hernia. My room was filthy, they did not give me anitbiotics to fight infection because they stabbed me over and over again in both hands during the night trying to insert an IV line . The person stabbing my hands finally gave up - no IV. The next morning, I went into my bathroom and found an IV bag of Potassium Chloride dumped into the sink. So thankful they couldn't get the IV in my hand or I'd have been dead from medicine I didn't need. (I have NO HEART ISSUES)! The hernia repair ended up getting infected FOR MONTHS and wouldn't heal before the surgeon finally said it needed to be removed. Believe me - I searched everywhere in the area to find a different hospital to remove the infected horror story in my abdomen. Thank God, I found one right in Bucks County. Horrible. Stay away from Hahnemann or they may kill you.
