A nurse screamed at my friend who's in the I C U, on life support in front of her parents, don't want to imagine what they do in the absence of family .
The most ignorant And rudest hospital staff I have ever come across. They were so uncaring and nurturing and I would rather be left to die than be in their care. Was brought there by ambulance and when asked for a way home they told me I was on my own. So unprofessional so disgusting that a health care facility was so horrible towards caring for a sick person.
Worst hospital ever to stay at. Got to ER early morning and received treatment and spoke with a doctor. After that they said I was going to be admitted. Waited for 5 hours and finally was sent to a room. It smelled moldy and it’s bad for my asthma. Nurses wasn’t professional at all. Bruised my arm up trying to fine my vein for blood. I was sued for my meds, I had to request it for them to bring it to me. Too much to complain about this hospital, too much. Im just going to ended it here. If I can rate them -5 star I would’ve done it.
Very nice place .. The wait was average. The doctors found what was wrong with me treated it and cured it. I am going there tomorrow in the morning a 4 hour ride
I would like to start by saying that my mom was in the ER and she said everyone behind the scenes was wonderful, caring and truly helpful. My mom was in car accident and I had met her at the ER. When I entered I was 2nd in line at the reception desk. The women working were having a full on conversation together as we just stood in line. No greeting, no please wait a minute, nothing. Now we have about 5 people in line. One woman at reception walks away and the other slowly starts taking information from the first person in line. Now 20 minutes standing in line - it is my turn. I ask if I could go back with my mom and she says in the unkindest tone, 'see security'. I nicely said the security guard has not been here the entire time I have been standing here. She said, 'just wait, he will return'. OK...so I shuffle to the security desk and wait another 10 minutes - no security guard! I am here 30 minute with NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL. Now my mom is done and comes out. I went to the parking lot to get my car and I see the security guard chatting it up and smoking across the parking lot. What a waste of my time and what a complete lack of customer service.
