The scheduling department is polite, respectful and kind with a well trained voice. So delightful and courteous.
Mercy Hospital is horrible...the staff are the worst...Never no what's going on especially the nurses ,they are not helpful or informative and they wait hours to check on you... you could of had a slip and fall, seizure anything they wouldn't no.... i don't care if this is the closest Hospital near you don't come here...I thought the MA was a person off the street coming in my room she looked crazy...

This place is trash. Their customer service is trash, especially over the phone. No one knows anything, that is if they even bother to answer the phone. It's like phone tag all day long. Don't even want to get started on their terrible service, if for whatever reason you have to visit.
This place is garbage as far as the staff goes. One of the so-called professionals said something so ridiculously vile and dumb, but she thought that I didn't hear it. I made sure to ask her what she just said, and of course the dumb twit corrected herself. She knew exactly what she said, why she said it, and why it was disgustingly inappropriate considering the situation. On top of that, the staff seems to have zero communication and can never give you a straight answer. I didn't understand why several doctors/specialists asked me the same questions as if they couldn't ask each other. They didn't seem to know anything, and I found it really condescending how they'd repeat themselves in a childish manner...little do they know that I (for a myriad of reasons) know an extensive amount about the brain and neuroscience. The issue seems to be a severe lack of communication and general customer service skills. Close it down or hire other people. Don't ever waste your time here, if it's avoidable. You'll deeply regret it.
